Resolved Question: In the old west f there was a church in a "boom town" which denomination of Christianity...?

...would likely be most prevalent? I've heard stories that in the "wild west" brothels were more common than churches but there were churches. Lets say there was a church in one of the famously rowdy towns of 1800's frontier America like Carson City Nevada or Tombstone AZ. What would be the denomination of the town's church/minister? Calvinist? Baptist? Quaker? Were there independent traveling preachers setting up congregations outside of any denominational structure? No garbage answers please.
